Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Kanika A Jewelry Trove, every piece is crafted with love and precision. We want you to feel delighted with your jewelry. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help with a smooth return, refund, or exchange process.


Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • For exchanges, availability of the requested item will be confirmed before processing.
  • Return shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable courier service.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry (unless damaged or defective on arrival).
  • Final Sale items (clearly marked as such).

👉 Note: Items purchased on sale or with a discount are returnable, unless marked final sale.


Exchanges

  • For bulk order exchanges, a 20% exchange fee applies.
  • For all other orders, please return your item and place a new order for the desired piece.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, if not yet processed or shipped.
  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, our standard return policy will apply.

Exceptions

Please keep the following in mind:

  • Custom or personalized items → Non-returnable & non-refundable (unless defective).
  • Sale/discounted items → Returnable, except when marked final sale.
  • Returns without an RA number or after the 14-day window will not be accepted.
  • Bulk order returns → Subject to a 20% restocking fee per item.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Damaged or Wrong Item

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos at info@kanikajewelrytrove.com or call +91-7219994829.
  • We’ll ensure a replacement, exchange, or refund is arranged quickly.
